Having a kid in college if I had to guess, I would say doesn't fit a need

On campus housing is kind of 2 things now from what I saw. Old dorms with hall bathrooms or 2 rooms with an bathroom connecting and fancy suites.

Slusher was the fancy suite type, but probably isn't good enough at this point to fill that market need. The old dorm style, you get what you pay for and for most, that's fine. For those who's parents will shell out for fancy digs, it's gotta be high end.
